Built by Lance Greathouse out of golf cart parts, a Marine rescue helicopter seat and, of course, a flame thrower, the "wheelchair" can zip along at 22 miles per hour, burninating whatever might cross its path. Lance says it best: "It was made for the disabled person looking for something a little different, why drive something that looks like a medical device when you can drive something lethal?"
