lolol, my 36 year old brother told me a good story about being on the subway with his Discman recently....a toy he has had for a good many years now. There was a group of young teens across from him, and all were staring at him with a baffled look on their faces....finally one of them got the courage to ask "Excuse me, but what the hell is that"...

My daughter gave me her Discman a while back, She and my granddaughter now have i-pods.

Thanks girls great when we all have a laugh together, the Discman was hi-tec once. The ipod will follow in time just give it a few years.

The Magazine invited 13-year-old Scott Campbell to trade his iPod for a Walkman for a week, and he recounts his experiences with the device, which was launched 30 years ago this week.
