God is always getting the blame. We should not expect god to do, what we are obliged to do ourselves. The court may be open to anyone, but I have no doubt god has been nowhere near some courts.

I think I will sue money.
Then I will sue misfortune, fate and destiny.
I think we should do a Class-action against education and knowledge - we have all been hurt in that accident.

Seems to me a good idea. Suing god for atrocities and crimes committed against humanity. pokkets says:

God is always getting the blame. We should not expect god to do, what we are obliged to do ourselves.

We don't cause hurricanes and tsunamis and famine and plagues, floods, (the list goes on). And as far as getting blame...god openly admits it (through his mouthpieces like his clergy that perpetuate these superstitions).

Perhaps he can show up and offer a defense to these allegations. We'd all be the smarter for it, and wouldn't have to rely on superstition and conflicting faiths.

Insurance companies have established a legally defensible precedent by calling damages from nature "acts of god".

Saw a movie recently with this as the plot--don't ask me the name--but the guy won a decision against a Church as emissaries of God.
