(had some good connections in those days) The show was about to begin, the band was already on stage jamming. Seger came out, shaking hands with the band. He kept his back to the crowd. He acknowledged the drummer and turned to the crowd. His face lit up and his eyes got wide as silver dollars. I stood up on my seat and turned to the crowd. 20,000 + fans were standing, cheering, waving, screaming, whistling etc. It was really something to see! It gave me chills all over. I was a teen at the time. I think thats when I decided I wanted to see what that really felt like. I've never ha... googleit - I sure you and the whole crowd was amp-ed. Aw, - The good old days when the music made your Adrenalin in your veins pop and made you feel like Superman and at times you were. I'm sure you know what I mean. Now I more or less kinda kick back and enjoy seeing the younger crowd take over. Its kinda like watching a replay of a movie I once saw and lived. I use to see Seger at free concerts over in Ann Arbor when he was first getting started. I'm remembering a clip I was going to get back to you on.......darn, all I can remember is I said We'd get in trouble and shoar said so what and then you said something.... sorry about that sweetie....OH!!!!
