Together with my friend Mårten Knutsson from <A target="_blank" title="Family Business" href="http://www.familybusiness.se/">Family Business</A> I got an assignment from ABSOLUT a year ago to supervise the development of new glassware for restaurants and bars around the world. After some initial research we found that Konstantin Grcic would be the perfect designer for the project. His design identity goes well hand in hand with the core values of ABSOLUT; clarity, simplicity and perfection. Konstantin Grcic is a perfectionist, and a pragmatic. He lets essential human needs play the main role when designing, thus making unpretentious products.
