And is anyone else experiencing problems with Clipmarks? I can't clip anything that is not added with the "orange lines" box checked? I miss the add-ons too. But I trust that in time they will be modified. It depends on the sites you frequent, jatfla. Obviously your Internet connection speed won't change, so loading a relatively simple page wouldn't be too much improvement in speed. However, if there's a bunch of Javascript - it's visibly and quite a bit faster. Apparently they redid the whole Javascript engine, which explains the difference in speed. Looks great, Thanks Socratoad We should have an improved version of our clipping tool available within a week that works in Firefox 3. That is good news Eric. In the meantime I'm quite content using the new Flock beta. Clipmarks clipping tool works like a charm here. I'm using the current CM clipper with FF3, seems to work ok for the most part... although I couldn't clip a portion of a paragraph that had Jimmy Carter's comment... perhaps it's not the clipper/FF3 combo, but the fact that it was Carter's quote Oh quit, I know you are just kidding. You love Jimmy. Only for letting me into the USA... for that - I adore the man... unfortunately I can't stand him for everything else |
