We're working on bring ours down. But it won't matter. The less we use, the more the utilities lose so the more they raise the rates. This is a FACT!

This is all spin, when you align him with people on his same level of wealth his level of usage is small. The energy industry spins things like coal by putting the word clean in front of it creating an ultra oxymoron. This spin is a far more devastating approach to the world.
