While a war crimes trial would be fine, I believe that if, in the full light of day that if he were to be shown to be at the bottom of the Valerie Plame affair as it seems reasonable he is, he really should be tried for treason in that case and if found guilty as I suspect he his, be publicly hung for that crime.
