This is absolutely incorrect. First of all, the sea ice is not disappearing. Secondly, polar bears do not need sea ice to survive on. They do very well on Alaska's North Slope, and that is all over land. This global warming hysteria is absolute bunk and anyone who buys into it is a simpleton and is being manipulated by power and money hungry liberals.

Oh, and let's not forget that there are more seals around now for them to eat. Polar bears are absolutely thriving in some areas because of the increased amount of food they have access to.

Regarding the melting ice shelves... That's only part of the arctic. In many areas the ice is getting thicker.... Funny that.

Ask the Brits who are now in full revolt over the Green Taxes. You've heard "follow the money". It would be interesting to see when the proceeds of the "green taxes" are going. Would you be surprised to find most of it ending up in leftist political coffers? I wouldn't.

I ran across a nice graphic spread of a tree hugger who was camped out on the polar ice sheet, trying to help the polar bears.

He helped them all right. Bear ripped into his tent and attacked and was eating him. Guy managed to kill the bear with a pistol before he was killed and devoured.

How I wish old AlGore would go up there and camp out for a few nights, researching the plight of the poor drowning polar bears.
