Where does the article mention Christianity? The offense seems to pivot around homosexual sex while HIV positive or with someone under age.

You people have a "hair trigger" to criticize Christianity.

Maybe it is the homosexual lifestyle that is repulsive to the citizens in Uganda?

No hair trigger. Read the article. And I would appreciate it if you didn't use the word repulsive and homosexual in the same sentence.

The three Americans who kicked off this latest spasm of anti-gay hostility have really outdone themselves. This whole thing started last March when Exodus board member Don Schmierer, Holocaust revisionist Scott Lively, and Caleb Lee Brundidge of Richard Cohen’s International Healing Foundation conducted a three-day anti-gay conference in Uganda.

Why can't people let others be! If there is love in the world, who cares who is loving who, as long as it's love, not hate!

Chestnut501, There is nothing in the article about Christianity so I would appreciate you not use the word Christianity as the blame for the world's ailments.

You do not like the word repulsive. These people want to put homosexuals to death. What would you call it?

jay8h, I'm not blaming Christianity for the world's ailments, at least not all of them. Since you bring it up however, I think that many so-called Christians in the United States have done great harm to Christianity with all of their hate. They have created more atheists than they have converts. For that matter, these same people have all but destroyed the Republican Party. They lie, cheat and steal to promote their own self-serving agendas, justifying their actions as being the will of God. What is left of the Republican party that is still sane, should drive them out at any cost and decent Christians should separate themselves from them so they are not confused with real Christians. These ...

Chestnut501, I fully agree with you. That may come as a surprise, but you are right on with your assessment of "Christianity" today. Because one calls themselves a Christian does not mean they are truly one. If their life does not reflect that they are true Christians, they have to go around and tell everybody they are one. We have a world full of pseudo Christians today that are doing great harm to true Christianity, but, it seems, it has always been this way even back to Biblical times. The pseudo Christians are usually the ones who persecute the true Christians. Remember it was the religious that crucified Christ; the Romans only fulfilled their request.

I have no way to know what ...
