Because one calls themselves a Christian does not mean they are truly one. If their life does not reflect that they are true Christians, they have to go around and tell everybody they are one. We have a world full of pseudo Christians today that are doing great harm to true Christianity, but, it seems, it has always been this way even back to Biblical times.
