Another case of punishing the person who did right--think of the criminals in the U.S. that have sued and won, because they were breaking into a business to rob it, and fell through a skylight and were injured severely. Many cases like this in the U.S. have punished the person who did not wrong, yet the criminals were able to collect. Well, that's just wrong. the molester should be in jail. The father just did what a normal father would do. I'll bet he would do it again. I know I would. Oh that guy would not have survived if I were in the father's shoes. Have judges the world over, gone soft in the head? I thought the U.S. had the corner on judges feeling sorry for the perpetrator. Apparently not. This judge definitely "fail." |
