Melt 1 Tbsp of butter in saucepan. Sprinkle 5 Tbsp of mix over melted butter. Stir until all is blended, then add 1/2 cup of milk. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add more milk as needed. Cover with lid, keep on very low until ready to serve.
