This saddens me so much! We ought to be able to care for our elderly so much better than this! As a Registered Nurse, I worked with elderly people for a great deal of my 33 year career. I've seen a lot and have had to advocate for more services for my patients many times!

It frightens me, also, as a disabled single person. I have at times been bedridden for weeks at a time, and been totally ALONE much of that time!
