A piece of trivia: Sriracha is the hot sauce of choice in most penal institutions because it comes in a plastic bottle rather than glass.

And the cap is green so the bottle as a whole looks like a ripe pepper: green cap, red body.

Love the Sriracha. Love it. You can't have proper pho without Sriracha.

OH MAN I LOVE THAT STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ALWAYS have it on hand. Had it on a garlic pizza last night. I can't get enough of it. Sometimes when I'm rambling through the fridge I'll pick it up and give it a squeeze just to take in the wonderful chili aroma. We call it Rooster Sauce. I got hooked on it eating sushi. It's what they make spicy mayo with. IT IS THA BOMB!

oh how funny! i just went to the page and people use the same lingo I use. "tha bomb" "rooster sauce" I didn't know it was such a hot item. I SAID I didn't know it was such a HOT item.
