Jij speelt als een undercover (duh!) agent in de criminele ondergrond van Tri-City. Je enige contactpersoon is Chase Linh, vertolkt door Maggie Q. De gameplay zal bestaan uit over-de-top Hollywood stunts en stoere wagenmaneuvres. In Tri-City kan je gaan waar je wil.
