color="#0033ff">香酥雞腿</FONT></A>)了,不但家鄉味十足,而且一次可以吃到多種蔬菜,有時我會順便滷蛋,煮一鍋就可以吃好幾天,微波一下拌個飯就可以開動了,真是方便的人間美味!油蔥酥、油蒜酥都很不錯,五香粉也可以。台灣超市有賣那種一包一包乾的油蔥酥,竊以為那是出國必備的台式調味料之一呀!當成台南度小月擔擔麵或加花瓜罐頭作成<A </SPAN><SPAN>歐美地區的豬因為沒閹也沒放血所以很腥,即使川燙也還是有一股味道,所以我從來不吃英國豬絞肉,都是用牛絞肉+洋蔥代替,味道也不錯。有一次我煮這道菜時,我的馬來西亞樓友覺得很香也如法炮製,但她不知道我用的是牛肉,所以很不幸煮出來豬絞肉的腥味令整樓聞之色變,從此我們整棟樓就沒人敢再用豬絞肉做菜了,呵呵。</SPAN></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P></blockquote></div><div
