Maybe it's just me, but I think I would rather have them playing computer games than just about anything else they could be doing.

Personally I'd rather have then DOING THIER JOB!!!

Any other workplace would have them written up or fired. Oh, I forgot....congressmen and politicians are better than the rest of us...NOT!

When sitting in a lecture style situation, sometimes a "light brain" activity such as solitaire can keep the mind alert and focused. I've certainly had some great conversations around the card table.

It depends on the person I guess. I doodle incessantly through meetings and classes to keep my visual brain active. It helps me learn and concetrate on the concepts being discussed.

Again it's all about accountability.
