Wow.. judges can overturn decisions, so why didn't this one? Terrible.

I would think that his mental impairments would deem him incompetent to stand trial.
These kinds of mistakes can be fixed. He needs legal help from a competent, caring attorney. I hope he gets it.

This story really tells you a lot about the Judicial System that represents, WE THE PEOPLE! I certainly hope somebody within that jurisdiction and are aware of the facts surrounding this case will step up to the plate and give this person some proper representation and get him the help that he so badly needs. It's hard to believe that this can happen in this day and age.
