ColoradoRight says: Even the gaping hole that has been burned in the Constitution through the commerce clause can't cover this naked power play by the facist Obama administration. Yet nobody will even give a peep apparently. Probably because publicly education citizens are too stupid to read and understand the Constitution. Reagan de-regulated things in the 1980s, so there were federal regulations long before Obama. And what has this got to do with the Constitution? If your a right wing-nut everything the current administration does is anti-constitutional, and Bush did nothing of the sort either. Must be nice to be so blind and ignorant. again, if the fracking subway doesn't cross state lines what in the world business is it of the federal government? In any way shape or form - just because a bunch of bureaucrats at the Department of Transportation have nothing to do and want to justify their phoney baloney jobs by taking over public transportation doesn't mean they have the right to do so. P.S. The federal government has never been responsible for subways before (even if Reagan did make it possible for people to fly economically wiccan) so they have zero leg to stand on. Other than that the idea of constitutionality doesn't even occur to people in DC any more. If your a right wing-nut ...etc.It must be nice...OOOPPS! no, it can't be "nice", exactly, ...it must be...uh,...well what's it really like when you're an un-enlightened dinosaur of the old right vs.left paradigm who is ignorant and blind to the over-arching corporatist world dynasty which plays out the appropriate aspects of their agenda with both Republicans through Bush and Democrats through Obama? When people correctly identify the fascistic corporate/government takeover of the people and tyrannical takeover of private enterprise, local control, and personal lives, and the unconstitutional redistribution on every scale, in every area except their own... This power-grab did not start with Obama, but only continues, as it also did under Bush. "Power-grabbing" is what Federal government has been all about since 1861 under Lincoln. And you say, "Come on. How are they doing that by just taking over the subways?" If that was all they ever did and they were interested in independently governing to the will of the people and doing as little as possible with regard to just about everything but standing strong against evil forces in the world, well ...I'd still want to know everything about their reasons for doing it and why it's so important they do it? The fact is that this ties in with dozens of other moves they've made to take over control of things. They've not only kept the Bush wiretap and citizen "spying" measures in place, they've been busy setting legal precedents for subpoenaing news and web sources, for one. Bush... Dang it, blueridge. I have enough historical studying to catch up with just going back to the creation of the Fed, man. Now you give me another fifty years to pore over? lol I did see something about Lincoln and his differences with the world bankers of the time, and what was it?, smthng to do with where the war funds were borrowed from and how much control would be granted to the bankers? I do need to study so much more. anti/post-Americanshould read: anti/ OR post/ American. Whichever one may prefer |
