Are the Obama HQs open 24/7 then?

Here in California, there is only one Obama campaign office (out of 10) that isn't open 7 days a week. 9 of the 10 office are open until 9pm on weekdays.

The photo of the McCain office was taken mid-afternoon on a Saturday, less than two weeks before the election. Having it be closed, dark, and practically shuttered is a very bad sign for his campaign.
