If you haven't seen that clip, watch it as you consider this man's concern about the undermining of Miranda rights. I agree with him that Obama is taking us down a path to a place where the US we were taught to love as children does not exist, but I must remind you the destruction of our rights began in great measure with the actions of the illegal activities of the Bush family when they were in office.

How can it be from 2003 when the man said "for all you people that voted Obama in" ?

The problem I have with that statement is 1) Obama hasn't even been in office but a couple months so how can he be held responsible for supreme court decisions and 2) how can he be held responsible for supreme court decisions if he is not the one who put the justices there?
