No doubt Tany. I've always been a sort of pull yourself up by your bootstraps kind of gal and it took me a long time to see it's kind of hard when some ppl don't even have boots.

Debby, it took me a long time to find my boots and I'm starting to pull them up. Sometimes they slip a bit but they're staying on.

The depression is mostly social, cultural and even political phenomena rather than mental or medical.
