Looking at the stocks Buffett decreased positions in, three -- <B>Lowes (LOW, $19.10, 0.11)</B>, <B>Home Depot (HD, $20.71, 0.71)</B>, and <B>CarMax (KMX, $8.09, -0.05)</B> -- are retailers tied to the worst-performing sectors of the economy, housing and autos. Two others -- <B>Wells Fargo (WFC, $27.20, -0.63)</B>, Buffett's #2 holding, and #25 position <B>Bank of America (BAC, $15.19, 0.16)</B> -- are banks.
