The US could do with our Recycling system in use in Spain where virtually all trash is recycled, from organic to inert, plus paper, glass, batteries AND pc/cell phone materials. We do not simply drop things into the same bin and not feel guilty about it.

All my traveling around the world, I found Spain the leadears for general public waste disposal, were there are at least 4 very large containers in a group for organic, non organic, paper, glass. there are pleanty of other containers in the same groups every 100 yards away in any direction!!! also they are all emptied every night. This idea which has been in existence for 6 years and its so easy to introduce to any country... well if they are bothered to worry about the planet!!!
