That is all. Actually the market did not punish them, they are doing better than ever. Really? Where are they getting all that radio play, because I sure haven't heard it. And how about those concerts, I know they ended up canceling a bunch of them. I bet if you compared their income and popularity now to what how they were doing prior to their comments that they are doing nowhere near as well now as before. Well they did top the charts and their concerts went strong around the English speaking world, which enough of a success, I know of many artist who made it big overseas for years before they hit the states. The U.S. is an important market, but its no longer the end all and be all of music. |
