I promised my granddaughter I'd quit smoking and I finally did it. I have not had a cigarette since February 28.

dear tanyamm, try to forget when you gave up; when i tried myself to quit, someone told me that as long as i would remember when i gave up smoking, it means that i am still thinking about it.....now i only remember that it happened about 10 years ago - or maybe 12- not sure- but who cares when was exactly
