There is a very helpful website called www.mediclim.com created by a family physician and a meteorologist that provides "warning notices" the day before a migraine or asthma, diabetres, or heart disease may act up. There is no charge for this service. You only need to submit your postal code. I find it very informative in preventing this conditions through diet and general behavior.
