Thorne says: This is a hoot. I wish I'd have seen it. I was just talking to a conservative business owner today and he said it was great. I saw it. IMO Colbert was had. No wonder the conservative businessman thought it was great Debby. O'reilly came across as a humorous big teddy bear rather than the nasty bullying bastard he actually is .... must have taken a great deal of coaching methinks. I missed it too. Wish i saw it. Videos of both interviews are available at Crooks and Liars. In my opinion the oblique reference to O'Reilly's sexual harassment problem and the book sticker thing made it all worthwhile. It was in good humor. Thats what made it nice to watch. People seem to be bitter toward the other side all the time. Just relax once in while... Thanks Jklugman and thisname...my Mac has a hell of a time with Windows Media Player movies. I usually try to use Quicktime player, but for some reason it won't work on this one. |
