Maybe they are going to offer rides on the subs for a small fee. Hopefully it will be cheaper than the $25 million to go to the space station.

I suppose anyone wanting to take a ride will have to boat out 200 miles to their position, since it does not sound like they can drive in to pick ya up.

I think they are just sight seeing. That is what our new government is telling us. Everybody wants to be our friend. We just have to be nice to them.

Standard exercises. The U.S. parks subs almost everywhere in the world. Leave it to some to make it all "scawy".
