I suppose anyone wanting to take a ride will have to boat out 200 miles to their position, since it does not sound like they can drive in to pick ya up.

Suppose it is a good way to raise some funding during economic crisis, just offer sub rides. Anyone have a boat and want to go out?

I think they are just sight seeing. That is what our new government is telling us. Everybody wants to be our friend. We just have to be nice to them.

Not too surprising. I clipped this and this in 2007 and 2008 respectively. The facet of submarines is new (that I know of at least), the flexing of Russian muscle, not so much.
