Boy! He's put a lot on everyone's plate. How many other things has he & his Dems. pressed through in a whirlwind leaving the tax payers with waste, slush, and heads spinning. I guess he wants to get this accomplished before Sen. Byrd leaves the Senate and Reid loses his next election.
