I think Mr. Fidanque had a great idea. He shamed the shoplifters into stopping their thefts, he saved the police the time, effort and public expense of processing misdemeanors, and did it all without violence. He should be commended, and more people shoud be as creative.

That's a problem everywhere.The criminals are back on the street before the paperwork is even finished.

The worst though is a sex offender walking away for the third time from a minimum security facility.
