I once had chemo theraphy and one guy ran out of magnesium. It was quite bad - he cramped and was in a lot of pain; and you can't just eat some. It takes time before it is distributed throughout the body ... well, anyway, we survived !!

Is that why I wake up almost every night with cramps in the calves of both legs ( I call them charlie horses, I don`t know why)
