"Then shall two be in the field...." is talking about one person; you, and or me.

Clue: The circumcision

There is two of you sitting there right now not one. The first is born of Adam, the flesh, and the 2nd is born of God, the inward man, born by the word of God. The word is the tool that circumcises and remember, "even the dogs get the crumbs that fall from the table.
