To drop out of touch everything has an off switch. There isn't much negative here but personally I think it will take very long for people to adopt this to maximum usage. It is ideal to adopt one email for everything but it isn't practical. If I have a cell and home phone than why should I give my Google phone to my family/close relatives? But I may give my Google phone to head hunters or anyone whom I may not like to see pop up on my cell/home directly. And that's basically what Grand Central provides. It's just an internet telephone software for you to manage your increasingly expanding technological life. The old fashioned home and personal phone number is not going away (along with your relationships, hopefully). The ministery of interior, all agencies, police and call-centers are so happy! They can fire the half of their employees. You get the number at birth, and have to store it until 20 years after your death. And because change, fake and to doctor it not is impossible, it will be implantaded in the next 15 years, I'm sure. Than you can't get two times your weekly food ration by Monsanto! The doors won't open, if you was there before! And if you use your friends doorbell, it is registrated, that it's you! For the security of the nation! And if his son is busted at a forbidden demonstration, they know, that you visited him more than 3 times a month - more than each other. This is a reason for a ... lol, they're not forcing you to adopt this number. Just as nobody is forcing anyone to get on facebook. But you have a point. |
