ratilfar says: Later in the interview (available here) Gaffney actually has the gall to cite Douglas "the stupidest f&#(ing man in America" Feith as credible source to the dangers that Saddam posed. But did Tweety once--just once--call Frank Gaffney on such egregious and bald-faced lies? 'Course not. Apparently, NBC News division employees don't think that's their job. I'm sure a lot of people were involved in the 9/11 attacks. It's not evil solely Osama Bin Laden (IMO). It's Bin Laden, et al. But, for George Bush to take credit for us NOT getting attacked again is ridiculous. We may not have been attacked the first time, (IMO, again), if he had been more diligent and answered the letters and calls regarding the formidable threat of a man named, Osama bin Laden. He was told this for 9 months. But now, to take credit for something that hasn't happened AGAIN! It makes me sick. I live in NYC, and after waking up on 9/11, & dealing with my city being a bomb site, I don't feel gratitude after realizing it could have been prevented., Just sayin.. |
