Of course, their biggest fear (and it should be) is that their will not be a Republican in the White House come '09 and who ever he (or shudder...she) is they will have all those powers (precedent works beyond the judicial branch). And then your going to hear them all squeal. Would it not be better to fix the problem now, instead of praying that your "people" are in control? If its reduced to who side is the White House on then democracy is over.
