references specific to homosexuality in the bible. There are at least
seventeen about adultery, it is mentioned in the Ten Commandments - the

My point here is this, if it were a
sin, which it is not, then all christians should stand, loud and clear,
against all sins, no exceptions.

Instead, the choice has been
to stand against that which they know little about because they fear
that which they do not understand, unlike adultery which is quite
prevalent, has been throughout time and is very well understood and
even admired and respected amongst some men and women who take
exception to some of what is considered sin in the bible.

The
greatest challenge that offers the greatest reward is when we are
confronted by and face the opposite of everything we hold true and love
anyway. That is what being gay is.

From the moment of our understanding who we really are (be it nurture
or nature) to the time of our death we are constantly being derided,
abused, denied basic human rights afforded everyone else, held in
contempt and the list can go on. Yet, we continue to live our lives
truthfully opting for love even in the face of adversity because our
knowing is that love is the way to all understanding. It rules.

Love, compassion, forgiveness, generosity, non-judgement are what the
bible teaches more than any other subjects. That, to me, is what God
and Jesus were about.

Try these verses from the scripture. It cannot be any clearer unless you chose to be deceived:

Luk 6:39 And He spoke a parable to them: "Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into the ditch?
Rom 1:24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves,
Rom 1:25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature.
Rom 1:27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, ...

No, I fear that your argument is weake...

that I first replied to. You still only quote the same verse and
chapters here. Could it be because there aren't any others? You do not
address any other comments here. Such as,

No, I fear that your argument is weakened by your lack of willingness to address my questions. If in fact you and all who would shun homosexuals and hold them with such disregard can not address the inequities between that which thou doest protest too much and that which you don't there is nothing further that can be contributed to a closed conversation.

I will say this, my purpose in these discussions was in hopes of bringing to light that judgement is for those who are without sin. And according to the bible that would be no one.

No matter what your belief, right, wrong, misguided or other, I do wish for you a good life filled with love and the blessed companionship with those you love without any persecution or judgment except from whatever higher being you believe may have that privilege.
