Since I'm a fan of puzzles, riddles and word jumbles, I decided to follow a few of the links in an effort to deduce the purpose of this clip. Here's what I've discoverd...

SUMMARY:

This clip is about the CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program,) how it helps, who it helps, some criticism about the program (especially in the blogosphere) and some criticism about the criticism (especially having to do with party politics.)

An interesting read despite the school-yard name calling sensationalism and cryptic clipping.

Thank you for that clip. It gives more meaning to this subject. But as for your comments. I find them hard to follow. But then I fail to understand how two draft dodgers from the Vietnam era. Are now War Hawks Who send troops into Hell for three and four tours of duty. And if they don’t get killed but are wounded in the brain. They are then dishonorably discharged so they wont be a drain on our society. Such compassion these warlords have.

My only problem with the clipped material and the information about CHIP was how an important crisis facing the United States (health care, children's health care) was tainted and overshadowed by the venomous stereotyping and extremist propaganda in your clip.

Companies like Haliburton and Blackwater fleecing the American taxpayer. And a star wars system being shoved down the Checks throats. Only to provoke a
