This wired article makes interesting reading if you care about your civil rights, right to free speech, all of those things written in the constitution for us that no longer exist.

When a "few" innocent people are arrested for the sake of the protection of the Administration from Unknown Unknowns, the Administration is making it clear that it is defending it's welfare at the sake of the people's. They are almost insinuating that the people are there for the benefit of the government, when the reverse should be true. The people should not be at a Democratically Elected Leader's disposal.They have also forgotten the Primary Rule of Law. If they lose the Army, they lose their mandate. Sorry, you don't have to lose it, you can also throw it away.

This actually happened to at least one person I know.
