Another reason that moderate Muslims need to step up and take Islam back from the radicals.

The whole nonsensical statement.

The silly silly boy thought it was about Christian fundamentalist rattle snake charmers awaiting the Rapture, flying towards heaven with wives in tow.

How will he manage a black president of a Muslim father born in Kenya?

Why the stamp of religion here? Why not just "a family kicked off...."?

CNN
"'Safest' seat remarks get Muslim family kicked off plane"

Huffington Post
"Nine Muslim Passengers Kicked Off Plane"

Seriously, if they were not Muslims with an Asian or Arab appearance, would they get kicked off? Maybe for once the newspapers have it correct.

"Safest Seat to Survive a Bomb" is what they actually said. I suspect if I were a Muslim and dressed accordingly I would stay away from comments like that. In fact, everyone who wants to stay on an airplane should probably stay away from comments like that.

Ratcatcher, are you making fun of the fact that I am a Christian? Well, that is tolerance for you.

Fun is NEVER a word that I'd ever associate with people who wear their religion with high visibility. I'm always very suspicious of any who proclaim their faith loudly. They are usually engaged in lording their brand over others, leading to trouble and bullying.

"Well, that is tolerance for you" is not making sense for me. Excuse my average intellect. Might you mean intolerance instead?

FUN is never a word that I'd associate with those that wear their faith with high visibility. Those that proclaim their faith loudly are either disguising that they have grave doubts or are attempting to bully others with their brand of faith!

"Well, that is tolerance for you". My limited intellect does not compute this. Might you instead intend intolerance?

Get your facts straight, that's not what one of them said. The actual quote is: "We were (discussing whether it was safest to sit near) the wing, or the engine or the back or the front, but that's it. We didn't say anything else that would raise any suspicion." CNN

Not that it matters. The whole situation is stupid. They were screened, right? People's fear are getting the best of them and should not be used as an excuse for bigotry.
