Now if we used a Wikipedia type process to develop an agreed Code of Behaviour which individuals collaborate in creating and can sign up to.

I would start by asking people to begin listing what they think are

- Human Rights
- Rights of other Species.

Followed by another list of

- Responsibilities to other humans
- Responsibilities to the rest of creation

Reference to "States" just gets in the way of personal action which is what a Code of Behaviour is about.

Good suggestion on email address. How about an icon button to press next to their name/picture? Whatever that would be efficient, quick & practical. It would really be nice to be able to personalize clipmarks &/ make upgrade changes that would benefit yourself & others but that would take some programming/programmers & it would mean to open source the site. It is one of the principles of the new web discussed in Wikinomics. Hopefully this will be incorporated at some point here & there will be clipmarkers actually working & implementing these changes 24/7 like Wikipedia. As per your suggestion & as I haven't used up my characters remaining.
