Don Blankenship, CEO of WV's Massey Energy Co., which has a criminal record of over 5,000 counts, has been fined for employee deaths and waterway pollution, DB was seen in Monte Carlo with a WV Supreme Ct judge while appealing a $50 million judgment to the court (judge later recused himself), has another judge on the court who got $3 million from DB to get elected, who refused to recuse himself from the appeal, and the $50 M fine was shot down 3-2. Ah, but now the US Supreme Court has decided it will look over an appeal to the case challenging the judge's presence.
