The argument for lax fiscal control is usually that in wartime ofr in a warzone keeping a tight control of where the money is going is too time costly and it diverts funds away from the intended use. And that leaves the door wide open for those that would take advantage of those lax controls,. Corruption and the people should be treated as criminals. Not the troops but their George Bush emplaced leaders. Bush and Cheney would have had much input as they are running the country like a pair of dictators. This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as missing money goes. There are also 190000 guns unaccounted for. Others will know more cases of this corruption. Maybe they should check under the sofa cushions.Usually works for me. so the work is done (training) but the paperwork is in disarray. Sounds like government to me. |
