Then they’re at a pow-wow in a truck (it has to be a pick-up truck) where she warmly greets an old (male) friend.  Then they’re at a party where he’s being abusive to his wife. By the end of the publication, the wife has identified that his verbal and physical violence is not acceptable, gotten a restraining order by following a few simple steps, and taken some basic legal steps without incurring huge legal costs.
