Not good. Almost seems to need a reminding of what powers each branch has, even though they are written down. (if you know what I mean).

call me crazy tabsey, but I have an inkling that he knows the courts will rule against him, so he has a mea culpa when he is forced to throw the Republicans under the bus. He continues to say he wants to move forward and not prosecute or even review the past, but it is going to happen anyway-the conservative organization "judicial watch" who keep filing these motions, is actually going to help make it happen---now there's a smooth politician.
