Bring back the Beep!

well, you shouldn't be charged for checking your own voicemail since most carriers nowadays have a free calls within your network setup.

i.e. if I'm AT&T and I call my own AT&T phone, it's AT&T-to-AT&T, so it's a free call. Just like it's non-charge if I call my best friend who's AT&T or my parents on AT&T, etc.

To complain about rolling over a minute when leaving a message you're leaving, I understand that point. Then again if you actually talked to that person would you get off the phone in < 2 minutes...?
