At least 35 states have introduced legislation this year asserting their power under the Tenth Amendment to regulate all matters not specifically delegated to the federal government by the Constitution.

From federal wilderness preserves where the federal government collects oil and natural gas drilling fees to federal endangered species acts preventing ranchers from protecting their cattle from wolves, the states are getting fed up.
