There were no defensive wounds on Bill Sparkman's body, and while his hands were bound with duct tape, they still were somewhat mobile, suggesting he could have manipulated the rope, the officials said. He was found hanging from the tree yet was in contact with the ground. And how many of those who are saying we shouldn't be jumping to conclusions about the shooting at Ft Hood were jumping to conclusions then? Help me out here. I must have missed the part in the article where they said there was actually evidence to support the suicide theory. What the article actually says is that the evidence doesn't rule out suicide. To say they're "looking closely at" and "trying to determine whether" it was suicide and insurance fraud is not quite the same thing as saying it was suicide. Sounds to me like a more accurate title for your clip would be, "Investigators have not ruled out suicide, insurance fraud, or anything else." Pretty obvious, I know, but I just thought I'd point that out. enbar, The clip says "likely" because it is appearing less and less like a murder. No evidence to prove it was suicide yet. |
