I would guess vandalism at worst, and only if the company owning the property (barrels) pressed the issue.

I'm with you debjanew, reminds me of Bert. I can see why the company that owns the cones/barrels, wants the sculpture to use in advertising. They should give the starving artist a job to see what other creations, he could come up with--driving down the interstate, I'm sure people would slow down if one of these were in a line of barrels/cones.

Of course, it might cause more accidents--people looking at the sculptures, get rear-ended, or forget about their exit and cut somebody off. Maybe not a good idea.
