Included in these is the Robert McLaughlin Gallery which is home to over 3000 of Canada's own art masterpieces. If you are interested in art and are in the downtown area, be sure to check out the many murals that are painted on the downtown buildings. Oshawa features a lot of it's culture around it's General Motor roots which has played a huge part in the development of this fine city.
